How To Stop Negative Self Talk

Here's your anxiety solutions action plan so you can stop feeling anxious and stop having panic attacks for good, and start living the life that you deserve to live.
Step 1: Start recognizing your negative thoughts throughout the day. This will be difficult at first, and will require you to keep your mind in the present moment. When you start feeling bad or sad, take a deep breath and try to identify what you were just thinking before you started feeling bad.

Step 2: Once you identify what you were thinking, get a small spiral notebook and start writing down your negative thoughts throughout the day.

Step 3: After you have a list of negative thoughts, create positive replacement thoughts for each negative thought you have written in your spiral.
